The Alaris Way – General Inquiries
The Alaris Way is the company’s guide to good business practices. Inevitably, employees and other associates will have questions or concerns about the right path to take, which is why we have established both the Alaris Ethics Reporting phone line and this website inquiry submission.
All employees and external associates now have means to report suspected violations of the Alaris Code of Conduct, raise procedural questions or seek a determination on the right course of action -- without fear of punishment or retaliation for doing so.
Ethical Business Conduct Enquiries and Violation Reporting
The Alaris Code of Conduct represents our company’s commitment to our employees, customers and business partners that we will operate our business fairly, impartially, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and with respect for the environment, human rights, and good business practices.
The Code outlines our ethics program and expectations, ALARIS’ core values, our general principles of business conduct, compliance expectations, anti-bribery / anti-corruption policies, reporting of violations, and disciplinary actions for violating this Code. The Code applies to all directors, officers and employees, and representatives of ALARIS and affiliates to include our contracted agents, consultants and representatives.
If you have specific questions or need guidance on particular policies or circumstances, feel free to contact us via the form below. Please be as specific as possible.
