Key Employees Are the Backbone of the Company
Every successful company relies on a strong core of people who, day-in and day-out, get the job done. These key people are all across the organization. They possess indispensable “tribal knowledge” of the company and its mission, and they hold positions of critical importance. They are often referred to as “Key Employees”, and they are the backbone of every enterprise.
Alaris Aerospace believes that hiring and promoting associates to fill essential positions in a broad range of technical, administrative and leadership positions directly contributes to Alaris’s ability to deliver superior service to its customers. Each Key Employee within Alaris is hired with the understanding that he or she will be making a significant contribution to our culture and business performance.
Importantly, Key Employees also serve as examples, supervisors and mentors to other Alaris employees. As employee leaders, they are the front line in helping ensure our compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the countries in which we do business. Other team members will look to them for guidance and insight on these and other matters, so it is incumbent upon a Key Employee to be prepared to assist. As such, Key Employees are ambassadors and the embodiment of the Alaris Way.
Key Employees often manage others and, therefore, are responsible for the ethical business actions of each person they supervise, including all direct staff and agents, consultants, and other representatives of Alaris under their direction, control or guidance. Therefore, it is essential that Key Employees are thoroughly familiar with and adhere to all aspects of the Alaris Code of Conduct and our Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption and Ethical Business Conduct Policy, including such topics as Anti-Money-Laundering and conflicts of interest.
“Key Employees hold positions of great value: they possess critical technical expertise, serve as our primary contact with customers, have a significant impact on our revenue, and help guide our operations. They serve as supervisors and mentors and, above all, Key Employees help set and sustain the Alaris Aerospace culture to assure the competitiveness and reputation of our business. Serving as a Key Employee is a significant responsibility,” states Alaris CEO Bikram Jaswal.
“Identifying and supporting Key Employees is a critical part of Alaris Aerospace's overall compliance program, helping ensure we have the right person in the right role,” he adds. “Key Employees are indeed the backbone of our company."
